Mildew is a generic term for a variety of parasitic growths that appear as discoloration of a surface and ultimately degrade or destroy the material upon which they grow. The growth of these organisms is supported by moisture, temperature and organic material for food. |

Primed
Lakeside siding and trim are available with a specially formulated Miller Paint Co. Lakeside Primer, a premium quality, oil rich, alkyd primer for exterior siding and trim. As a result, Miller Paint Company’s limited lifetime warranty is available when you apply Miller’s Evolution exterior topcoat to Lakeside’s preprimed siding in accordance with Miller Paint’s specific warranty guidelines.
