Lakeside will load trucks or cars as requested for onsite pickup, but will not secure the materials to the vehicle. Materials can be cut at request, but those items will not be eligible for return.
We are sorry but that is not allowed. We will have a showroom in the warehouse (opening end of May 2023), but outside of that showroom area access is limited to employees only for safety reasons.
It depends on the material. In order to eligible for return, items must be resell-able. All stock items are returnable. Cut materials or custom stained materials are not returnable. If you have a question please reach out to our customer support team by giving us a call.

The process starts with you selecting your material. From there, you'll receive a brush out of what the stain/primed material will look like and if you approve, you'll sign the stain confirmation. We'll get to work prepping your materials and once things have been primed or stained you can either pick up or we'll deliver the materials to you.
Note that all special order stain and primed materials are not eligible for returns.

For orders with over $600 of materials and with a job site within 40 loaded miles, deliveries are free. Anything outside of these parameters will be discussed prior to the scheduling of delivery.
No, we do not. But we have a lot of other great material options that are cost effective. We recommend you stop by the showroom to browse our materials in person.
